Chris Coulter brings over 20 years of database training and support for individual recruiters and successful RPO teams covering a wide variety of industries from social services to public utilities to European marketing.  Prior to this he held several management positions in the service industry developing customer relationship skills that, combined with his technology skills, brings a unique perspective to the recruiting process.

As the New Office Development Technology Training Manager for one of the oldest and most successful executive search firms, Chris worked closely with new business owners to build and maintain extensive candidate databases in order to succeed and grow in today’s competitive marketplace. He has been doing the same with Shepherd Search Group since 2021.
